How a project runs
Three stages, no surprises. You'll know where the job is at every day.

Site visit and scope
Roman walks the site with you, listens to what you want, and flags what the building will and won't allow. You get a written estimate within days.

Permits, materials, schedule
We pull the permits, order materials, and lock the trades into a calendar. You sign off on the plan and the dates before work starts.

Build and hand over
Daily supervision, a clean site every evening, inspections passed as we go. Final walkthrough together, then the keys are yours.
